This is not a new story at all and not interesting at all, but Mom would like to show my stupid look.
I'll tell you that you can skip this story if you want to ...
When Mom and Papa were traveling in Europe, I stayed at Mr. K's school dormitory.
It was not so bad since Mr. K took me to the countryside and played with me.
But, I was not really sure that if I would see Mom and Papa again even though they said so.
I was also a bit angry that they left me at the dormitory.
Mom: "Let's go for a walky to your favorite place ... Ebisu Garden Place, yay hooray yay!"
Mom, I don't like walkies and I don't remember where Ebisu Garden Place is.
I rather wanna sleep alone.
Mom: "Well, well, well.
My prince Bobby Lee, please come with me, please."
OK, I'll go if you ask me that way.
Mom: "Let's take a picture of you!
You would like to become a celebrity like ... like Beckham, right?
So I'll take a picture to apply for celebrity status.
You can buy a lot of balls!"
Mom, I'm not interested in celebrity or balls either.
Mom: "OK, but if you smile, you might be able to have a date with a cute sweet girlfriend ... "
Mom, is it true?
You often dupe me ...
Mom: "Yes, it's true.
A small chihuahua named Lucy asked for your picture the other day!"
Well, then I can't avoid ...
Mom, take now.
(Mom, whispering: He-he-he)
I stupidly smiled for the girlfriend.
That day, I didn't want to show how happy I was to be with Mom yet.
I needed to be sure that they wouldn't leave me alone again.
After I slept with Mom and Papa in my bed (Mom: "Not yours, ours."),
I was having difficulty hiding my joy.
The next day, Papa told me that they wouldn't leave me alone.
Papa: "I missed you Bobby Lee, very much, and Mom did, too.
We were looking at your pictures in iPhone every day."
And my plan to not smile completely collapsed.
I'm happy happy happy ...
Mom: "Didn't you say that you wouldn't smile?"
Mom, heh-heh ... I'm not smiling and not happy at all.
Mom: "Oh, I'm sorry ..."
Papa, let's play!
But I'm not stupid.
I'm not smiling.
Papa, I'm not smiling, right?
Papa: "No, of course not."
I'm not foolishly ...
I'm just playing with my toy. Not laughing or smiling.
I'm not ...
Not at all ...
I ... might ...
I might be smiling.
I can't hide my happy face anymore!
yahoo! hurrah hurrah hooray ...
Mom, I love you.
Papa, I love you too.
Please don't ...
leave me alone anymore ...

Mom: "Bobby Lee! You messed our house!!!"
Tut tut. Normal Mom came back ...

Bobby Lee, I am so glad they came back and you finally smiled.
ReplyDeleteYou were very very brave. I had to stay with other dogs too -- in a kennel/jailhouse. I was scared but I got to play with some other dogs. I think the dogs were mostly nice. And some young girls took care of me. But I was so confused.
Finally YOU KNOW WHO came for me, the crazy one I love. I was happy but I did not show it for at least 24 hours. It takes time to teach people.
I hope she does not leave me overnight for a while. Although a few hours is OK.
Yesterday she went across the street to a neighbor's house. I barked because I knew she was there. Finally I went inside to my little house and waited for her.
I slept and it was OK. She came back and took me for a walkie.
Bye for now Prince Bobby Lee,
Your pal in Berkeley,
Jimmy Mac
