I'll write about my trip to Gotenba near Mount Fuji today.
That day, I was so excited since Mom and Papa took me for a drive.
I enjoyed looking at the sky, greenery, and buildings from my car.
Everything ran by so fast!
I also enjoyed many many smells -- small dogs, old dogs, puppies, young girl dogs.
Woof, Woof!
Oh, it was exciting.
And I didn't doubt that I would stay with Mom and Papa after driving.
In the evening, Papa stopped car and Mom told me "We have arrived!"
I wagged my tail hard.
I got out of the car with Mom.
What an amazing thing.
Mr. K was there!
Some well behaved dogs too.
I wagged my tail harder.
Mom and Mr. K were talking about something.
I thought it must be about my dinner or walking.
I wagged my tail harder and harder.
Mr. K took my leash and told me
"Let's go!"
So I went with him -- I thought, 'oh, it's my happy walking time with Mr. K'.
But I was too optimistic.
I was put into a cage and I couldn't see Mom and Papa ever again.
Mom: "Hey, Bobby Lee, what? You are with me now, right?"
I mean that it felt like "forever"!
Don't destroy my story, Mom.
Well, I was alone in a cage the whole night in a place where I'd never been.
Mr. K came to see me sometime, but he didn't stay long and I was again alone in the cage.
Mom: "Dogs were not allowed at the hotel for the night."
I'm not a dog! I'm Bobby Lee!
Mom: "Well, it is a bit difficult for you to understand."
Mom: "I think that you should make a point in this story. What do you want to write about?"
I wanted to write that I was very lonely in Gotenba at night.
(Mom: Actually we left him the next night too since we stayed at a hotel again.)
Mom: Write about the BBQ with Mr. K or fetching the ball in the big nature.
If you say so, I have to.
Next day, Mom and Papa came up in the morning.
I usually feel that Mom and Papa are just like air, just there ... I mean that I don't care about the meaning of existence.
But in the morning, I actually cried out of happiness at seeing them again.
Mom: I think I should explain for Bobby Lee's story that we went to the BBQ party of the dog training school where Mr. K works.
Mom: We also saw well trained dogs' training competition and agility competition ... it started at 8 am and went on until night.
I ran and ran and fetched the ball and ran again.
Papa told a lady that he wanted to have a Malinois - like the dog next to me - but for some reason he somehow chose me.
I was shocked to know that I was not the true baby of Mom and Papa.
I felt kind of jealous of the dog next to me.
He was acting like a very smart guy.
Mom: "He was not acting. He was a very smart dog."
I was a very good dog since I thought that I would be left alone again if I was a bad boy.
I didn't want to be alone ever again, especially at night.
"Hello brown puppy, I'm Bobby Lee. Nice to meet you, puppy."
I introduced myself and my people to many other dogs.
See? I'm a good boy.
Look at the dogs around Papa.
They are not looking at Papa, they only care about the YAKITORI chicken which Papa had.
I would never do such a childish thing.
Mom: "They were so cute."
Mom, you are mean.
You are mean only to me and so nice to other dogs. That's why I don't like other dogs very much.
Mom: "Well well well. By the way, did you like the trip?"
Yes ... Mom ...
